Nick Ritter

Agent @ Timmco Insurance, Inc.

NIck is a C-BIG Co-Founder and Board Member.

Nick Ritter started his career at a captive insurance agency. He soon moved over to Timmco Insurance (As an Independent Insurance Agent), when he realized that he didn’t have the flexibility and insurance options needed to help his customers. Nick has been able to focus on the Craft Beverage Industry which fits nicely with his admiration of craft beer. He really enjoys learning the ins and outs of each individual business, and putting together an efficient solution for each customer.  As a home brewer and beer lover, Nick is particularly in-tune with the Craft Beer Industry (Even though his Homebrews never turn out as expected). In his spare time, you can find Nick reading, watching, and talking about cars and aircrafts. He also enjoys skiing, and traveling abroad, especially to Germany, when he finds the time.

Nick is originally from Park City, Utah and attended University of Oregon, where he graduated from the Charles H Lundquist College of Business.

Community Engagement & Education Manager @ Northwest Food Processors Association

Kirsten is a C-BIG Board Member.

Kirsten (Kirsty Wirsty) spent five years at the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network (OEN) helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams and developing lasting relationships within the Portland community. As the Director of Membership Services, she managed events, created and led workshops, and connected entrepreneurs with the tools and resources needed to successfully launch their companies. She is a lover of all things Oregon, including the rain, geography, craft breweries, and the ballooning food scene.

Prior to joining OEN, Kirsten worked with the Northwest Food Processes Association (NWFPA), where she focused on membership development and events — and learned early on about the power of kindness and a smile. She is stoked to be reprising her role at NWFPA as the Community Engagement and Education Manager. Her passion revolves around bringing people together — and what better way to connect than through food and beverages?! Kirsten is always up for trying new things — her latest endeavors include curing meats and attending butchery classes (because who doesn’t love a homemade slab of bacon!).

Kirsten’s hobby: Finding the sourest of craft beers!
